About The Role We're rapidly growing our clinical team as we cultivate new partnerships with enterprises across the healthcare spectrum. We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work as a Clinical Manager to oversee our west coast region as well as future markets in the nation as we continue to expand. This role will report to the Director of In Home Care and you will collaborate closely with all Clinical Managers and internal stakeholders to effectively lead the charge of the Sprinters in your assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams, identify and create solutions. Clinical Operations Management Oversee the daily operations of the clinical field team, ensuring smooth workflow. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care. Monitor patient care quality, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices. Staff Supervision & Development Recruit, train, and manage the clinical Sprinter team. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, Joint Commission, etc.). Monitor incident reports and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and service delivery. Financial & Resource Management Control expenses, and allocate resources effectively. Optimize clinical workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Patient Care Coordination Address patient concerns and ensure a patient-centered approach to care. Respond to abnormal labs, tests, vitals- assess, triage patients to ensure proper follow up care is received. Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with the Clinical Manager team and cross functional teams to ensure Sprinters are supported in the field and all teams are aligned. Attend management meetings and provide updates on clinical operations for your market. • Assist the LPN in non-medical tasks (referrals, care plans, prior auths. etc) • Train Care Concierge on urgent duties (e.g., urgent referrals) • Serve as expert in tasks which includes • Act as a liaison between patients, clinical operations and healthcare providers • Establish close relationships with and serve as a point of contact for patients • Build relationships with different types of people, including clients, organization members, and health care providers • Coordinate appointments and schedule follow-up visits • Conduct intake assessment, needs assessment, treatment planning, and reassessment services • Provide information about treatment options and resources • Communicate with Care Team members (Care Coordinators, primary care physicians and other health care providers) to facilitate client care • Connect patients with support services, such as financial assistance programs • Assist with insurance claims and appeals • Register patients • Keep detailed records of patient interactions and progress • Initiate outreach and missed appointment procedures, as necessary • Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA policies • Other duties as assigned

• Optimize and develop clinical workflows to support both clinician and patient experience • You will develop mastery using EHR systems and our internal tools to help create best in class clinical workflow and processes • Receive, monitor, and analyze incoming lab results daily, following appropriate escalation procedures when necessary • Collaborate with key external vendors and suppliers to enable the delivery of lab and imaging services • Monitor clinic phone - handling patient, clinician, lab, and pharmacy calls • Work in collaboration with pharmacy, insurance, and enterprise partners on resolution of escalated patient or partner issues. • Required-on call shifts monitoring Critical Lab Phone Line - (24/7) • Prepare prior authorizations requests • Efficiently process and send EMR Requests • Additional clinical and administrative duties as required
