• Collect and manage evidence and supporting documents from clients • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding case status and documentation needs • Review and send document checklists to ensure completeness and compliance • Assemble, organize, and prepare client packages in accordance with legal guidelines and internal protocols • Update and maintain case information and progress in internal systems such as Litify and Google Drive • Collaborate closely with other legal assistants, attorneys, and support teams to ensure case flow efficiency
