• Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Healthcare Marken im Bereich Amazon und Versandapotheken. • Verantwortung für Content-Optimierung (Produktdetailseiten, A+ / Premium A+, Brand Story, Brand Store) zur Maximierung von Sichtbarkeit und Conversion. • Planung und Umsetzung von Retail-Media-Strategien (Sponsored Ads, DSP, CTV) in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Advertising-Spezialisten. • Datenbasierte Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsumfeldern , Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen. • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie internen Teams (Content, Advertising, BI), um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die jeweiligen Marken zu entwickeln. • Management von regelmäßigen Reportings und Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Partner zur Steuerung von Umsatz, Profitabilität und Markenperformance. • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Strategien zur Positionierung von Marken in Versandapotheken und auf Amazon.

Job Requirements

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich E-Commerce, Online-Marketing oder Account Management , vorzugsweise mit Fokus auf OTC- oder FMCG-Produkte .
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für digitale Handelsstrukturen, Sortiments- und Markenführung im Pharmaumfeld.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Retailern, Online-Apotheken oder Marktplätzen .
  • Amazon-Kenntnisse (Seller Central, Vendor Central, Advertising) sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, aus Daten klare Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Role Description We are seeking a high-impact Military MRO Account Manager to lead and accelerate growth across U.S. military aviation accounts. This role will own the strategy, pipeline development, and revenue growth for Military MRO within the U.S. Air Force, Navy, and Army aviation communities. The position will manage and direct a team of external consultants (aligned by branch) while personally building senior-level relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving pursuits through to contract award. This individual will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the company’s Military MRO growth strategy.
