Role Description The Functional / Process Consultant is responsible for translating complex business and control requirements into scalable Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes. This role leads the design of the target state from a low-maturity, manual baseline, establishing structured access governance across the enterprise. You will hold accountability across requirements gathering, workflow design, certification campaigns, and operating model recommendations, acting as the primary interface with key business stakeholders to ensure a secure, compliant, and user-adopted IGA rollout. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in Europe or Latin America (LATAM), provided they can operate during standard European business hours. - IGA Strategy & Process Design - Translate overarching business and control requirements into workable, efficient IGA processes and workflows. - Design the target state architecture and processes from a near-zero baseline, replacing manual ad-hoc ticketing and email approvals with structured governance. - Access Governance & Certification - Lead requirements workshops to conceptualize and design access request workflows and comprehensive access certification campaigns. - Define Segregation of Duties (SoD) rulesets, ensuring robust compliance and risk mitigation across critical business systems (e.g., SAP finance and procurement). - Role Modeling & Stakeholder Management - Develop and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models from the ground up, resolving complex environments of flat groups and custom profiles. - Drive change management initiatives and provide user adoption support to guarantee the successful rollout of IGA platforms across the business. - Tools & Technologies: - IGA Platforms: Functional configuration and architecture within SailPoint or Saviynt. - Enterprise Systems: Integration and ruleset definition for SAP (Finance/Procurement) and ITSM tools like ServiceNow. Qualifications - Demonstrated background in IGA functional design specifically for large-scale, enterprise-level programs. - Deep practical experience in access certification campaign design, SoD ruleset definition, and stakeholder management. - Proven ability to design and implement robust RBAC models starting from low-maturity baselines. - Strong capabilities guiding change management and ensuring high user adoption during enterprise security rollouts. - Must be based in Europe or LATAM with the ability to consistently work within the European time zone. Nice if you have: - Experience driving IGA initiatives in complex, global, or multi-geography programs. - Familiarity with designing lifecycle processes for third-party vendors and contractors. - Experience in designing governance frameworks for Non-Human Identities (NHI). - Background in defining target operating models and facilitating Business as Usual (BAU) transition design. - Formal functional certifications in SailPoint or Saviynt are highly desirable, though strong practical experience is equally valued.
