Role Description We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to develop and maintain software solutions that support warehouse automation, robotics integration, and material handling systems. The role involves: - Designing scalable applications - Enhancing legacy products - Integrating automation technologies - Supporting RF/mobile solutions used in distribution and fulfillment operations The ideal candidate will have strong C++ development expertise, a solid understanding of warehouse operations, and experience working with automated material handling systems such as AMRs, AS/RS, Goods-to-Person (GTP), conveyors, and sortation systems. Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. Work Requirements - This position is classified as Remote within the United States - Travel on an as needed basis - Some weekend/night work required as needed - Working in an office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities - Working in a stationary position for an extended period - Moving or traversing for an extended period - Occasional ascending and descending scaffolding and/or mezzanines - Operating computers for an extended period - Possible exposure to noise levels exceeding recommended DBA levels
