Role Description QA Engineer, який допоможе нам забезпечувати бездоганний користувацький досвід. Обов’язки: - Виконання повного циклу QA-активностей. - Технічна підтримка продукту (L3 лінія) за графіком чергувань. QA-активності: - Тестування різних платіжних методів. - Участь у всіх командних активностях: плануванні, оцінюванні завдань (estimation), ретроспективах. - Аналіз логів для виявлення та локалізації помилок (Kibana). - Комунікація з різними підрозділами під час запуску нового функціоналу. - Написання та підтримка тест-кейсів (TestRail). - Ведення та актуалізація документації продукту. Tech Support-активності (L3): - Технічна підтримка в чатах (у форматі чергування). - Заведення багів, проведення розслідувань (investigations) інцидентів. - Взаємодія з командою розробки для розв'язання складних технічних питань. • Conoces y aplicas en forma básica los conceptos de prueba y calidad, apoyando en la ejecución de casos de prueba basados en criterios de aceptación. • Colaboras en la ejecución de la suite de regresión y en el reporte de errores encontrados durante el desarrollo.

• Garantizar la calidad del software mediante la ejecución de pruebas funcionales, manuales y automatizadas. • Verificar que las soluciones desarrolladas cumplan con los requisitos del negocio y los estándares de calidad establecidos. • Apoyar la identificación, documentación y seguimiento de defectos. • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua para fortalecer los procesos de Quality Assurance. • Colaborar con los equipos de desarrollo para asegurar la calidad de los productos entregados.
