Aufgaben - Du unterstützt bei der technischen Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Webauftritte (u. a. WordPress, CMS-Anpassungen, Plug-in-Integration). - Du analysierst die Performance unserer Websites und Social-Media-Kanäle anhand von SEO- und Tracking-Daten. - Du führst systematische Keyword- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und leitest daraus Optimierungsvorschläge ab. - Du implementierst Tracking- und Analyse-Tools (z. B. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite) und wertest deren Daten aus. - Du entwickelst automatisierte Workflows zur Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Business Development (z. B. CRM-Prozesse, Lead-Routing, Reporting, Follow-up-Automatisierungen). - Du analysierst Vertriebsdaten, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und bereitest relevante Kennzahlen in aussagekräftigen Reports und Präsentationen auf. - Du stellst die technische Qualität von Inhalten sicher – von Ladegeschwindigkeit über Usability bis zur Barrierefreiheit. - Du gestaltest Reports und Dashboards, die Einblicke in Reichweiten, Conversions und Zielgruppen liefern. Qualifications - Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in einem relevanten Studiengang (z. B. Medieninformatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, BWL, Marketing Engineering oder Ähnliches). - Du hast technisches Interesse und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Webtechnologien (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) oder CMS-Systemen (z. B.
