Job Description

Executive Director, Technology Product Management

• Creating and establishing the product vision for this business line and ensuring alignment with business objectives • Assessing the current state of products, identifying ways to transform existing solutions while thinking through innovative new solutions that need to be built or bought • Establishing, aligning and tracking KPIs to ensure that technology investments in this area achieve the impact and ROI expected • Identifying and implementing the most suitable vendor solutions, through a transparent and rigorous approach, which includes putting together RFPs and managing the selection process • Working closely with the Engineering team on in-house product development to deliver high quality tech products that address the business’s needs • Championing the voice of the user and establishing forums for feedback from the business • Partnering with business leaders and key stakeholders and representing technology in relevant internal and external forums • Influencing and negotiating with vendors to obtain the best quality products and service, as well as favourable terms, and holding them to account • Developing relationships with key industry partners in agency lending, such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and engaging with them regularly on technology • Staying connected to the broader technology organization, within Capital Markets and across JLL, and identifying opportunities to leverage existing products

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a technical or finance/business-related discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant product management experience, including implementing and managing vendor systems, as well as developing and launching products
  • Experience driving product vision and execution, creating product roadmaps, aligning and reporting on KPIs
  • Strong user focus and ability to understand business needs and translate the voice of the user into product strategy
  • Track record of leading the successful implementation and roll-out of large, mission-critical systems
  • Demonstrable strength in managing senior stakeholders and driving alignment
  • Effective collaboration with business, technology, vendors and industry partners
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, and Operations to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and ship high-impact features that improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value. You will be responsible for evolving the acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle experience of subscribers, optimizing recurring revenue, subscription journeys, and long-term customer engagement to drive sustainable growth In this role you will: Own the end-to-end Shopify and subscription product experience, including PDPs, checkout, Subscriptions, meal plans, customer accounts, and post-purchase flows. Define and maintain the e-commerce product roadmap, aligning platform initiatives with business goals across acquisition, retention, AOV, and LTV. Lead optimization of the subscription lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to renewal, pause/cancel, and win-back, to maximize recurring revenue. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable product solutions. Drive experimentation and conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing, personalization, bundles, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives. Leverage data and customer insights to identify friction points, prioritize opportunities, and measure the impact of product initiatives. Own the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of Shopify apps and integrations, including subscriptions, CRM, reviews, search, and loyalty platforms. Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability, proactively managing technical debt, upgrades, and operational risks.
