Strategic Account Partner – Client Transformation
Fieldguide
• Build and own enterprise-wide account plans that align Fieldguide’s strategic value with the customer’s vision, priorities, and business outcomes. • Coordinate and drive cross-practice initiatives — connecting Advisory, Audit, Technology, and operational leaders with internal Fieldguide product and delivery resources. • Partner with the Strat AE on expansion opportunity identification, prioritization, and execution. • Serve as a trusted advisor and point of strategic coordination across executives and senior leaders at customer organizations. • Facilitate executive business reviews (EBRs) and alignment sessions that reinforce value delivered, unlock sponsorship, and deepen strategic partnerships. • Orchestrate internal Fieldguide teams (AE. ELTm Product, CSE, CS, RevOps, Marketing) to remove blockers, streamline delivery, and ensure proactive outcomes. • Act as the integrated linchpin across functions — reducing friction and accelerating customer momentum. • Establish playbooks, frameworks, and repeatable patterns for managing enterprise complexity, tracking initiatives, and reporting progress. • Use qualitative insights and quantitative signals to inform strategic decisions and improve customer experience and outcomes. • Advocate for customer needs internally — shaping product and roadmap discussions based on deep customer insights. • Represent Fieldguide at customer events, industry forums, and executive gatherings to elevate Fieldguide’s brand and strategic value.
Job Requirements
- Strategic thinker with 8+ years of experience in enterprise account leadership, program leadership, or customer success strategy.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-threaded customer relationships at scale.
- Exceptional communicator with executive presence and a consultative approach to building trust.
- Able to influence without authority — internally and externally.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving alignment across teams, and accelerating outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Deep empathy for customers and a passion for enabling their success.
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or professional services is a plus.

As a Territory Manager, Partner you will travel to various locations and job sites and accurately assist in install or repair security systems based on customer specifications and location restrictions. This can include Security, Fire, locks of all types, access control, CCTV, remotes, and more. The ideal candidate has experience with security installation or similar electronic products, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and an analytical way of thinking. The Territory Manager for MDI Security will oversee the entire field operations within the region. Maintain the standards, NFPA codes, and safety requirements. The Territory Manager will manage technicians, supervise daily activities, maintain quality assurance, and uphold high performance standards. Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining all required licenses and ensuring the team is fully compliant.
