Global Leasing Coordinator
Furnished Quarters
• Execute and manage leases for Global inventory. • Review vendor leases to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability. • Coordinate lease renewals, guest extensions, early departures, and move-outs. • Maintain apartment inventory and lease records within internal systems. • Manage Certificates of Insurance and communicate with insurance providers as needed. • Serve as the primary contact for landlords and property partners regarding lease, rent, and security deposit matters. • Partner with Accounting to ensure timely rent payments and security deposit reconciliations. • Maintain accurate lease and financial records. • Assist with basic accounting functions and support internal financial controls. • Maintain and update records in Salesforce and other internal systems. • Track lease activity, rent changes, extensions, and reporting data. • Ensure data accuracy across multiple platforms. • Support Furnished Quarters' Core Values through collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service. • Participate in team meetings, training, and performance initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in property management, lease administration, or lease coordination.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with vendors and negotiating lease-related matters is a plus.
