• Coordinate projects and business initiatives from intake through execution and deployment • Support project planning, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives and operational impact • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, staffing plans, and status reports • Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple initiatives • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and other business partners • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications • Prepare executive-ready project updates, presentations, and reporting materials • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with PMO standards, governance, and established processes • Support change management activities, including communication planning, training coordination, and adoption tracking • Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and operational KPIs • Identify risks, proactively drive issue resolution, and escalate concerns when appropriate • Maintain project documentation, action logs, meeting minutes, change requests, and risk registers • Support post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement • Assist Program Managers with coordinating multiple projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Job Requirements
- Years of experience in project coordination, project management, program management, or business operations
- Experience supporting multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, reporting, and project governance principles
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and business teams
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to risk management
- Experience supporting change management and business transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies is preferred

Role Description This job is responsible for processing medical records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
