Role Description This job is responsible for processing medical records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient information. It supports functions of the HIM department by effectively working with customers (providers, other departments, patients) to meet their needs and supports HIM management, but works independently with minimal supervision. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
