• Manage green building certification projects for the Certifications Department, primarily including LEED O+M and BD+C, IREM CSP, Fitwel, BREEAM, WELL, and BOMA. • Take ownership of certification projects from kickoff through final awards, including projects that are already in progress. • Effectively communicate technical requirements through written communication, verbal updates, and in-person or virtual meetings with project teams, clients and prospective clients. • Communicate with clients by email or on calls about specific tasks/projects, with supervisor support available to step in as needed. • Contribute to business development by supporting outreach to internal ESG client teams and maintaining client engagement touchpoints. • Monitor the Certifications Department email inbox and flag priority or time-sensitive communications. • Assist with other certifications tasks and high-quality deliverables to meet internal and external deadlines. • Work with vendors and suppliers to request quotes and set up meetings for certification-related services, industry-related software, or products. • Stay up to date on current ESG industry news and trends to make appropriate recommendations to clients. • Interface with third-party certification organizations and representatives. • Perform quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) certification reviews of work performed by other team members. • Manage strong time management, organization, and follow-through while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
