• Drive the implementation and ongoing management of assigned programs to ensure all tactical goals and deadlines are met. • Facilitate cross-functional implementation meetings to ensure a seamless transition for new clients. • Prepare performance decks and lead discussions regarding program health, revenue, and client satisfaction to provide actionable insights. • Communicate client requirements and work instructions to internal teams to support execution and contractual compliance. • Understand and interpret client Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and create specific Statements of Work (SOWs) within internal management systems.

• support WaterNow’s on-the-ground technical assistance initiatives working with utilities, municipalities, community partners, consultants, and other stakeholders across Colorado and nationally. • conduct policy data-intensive research, navigating state and federal financing opportunities, stakeholder engagement, communications and outreach, and project management to advance innovative, affordable, and climate-resilient water solutions in the urban space. • manage project deliverables and implementation materials. • focus primarily on community-scale initiatives related to water conservation and efficiency, commercial, industrial, and institutional (CII) water benchmarking and demand management, green infrastructure, integrated water and land use planning, lead service line replacement, sustainable funding and financing navigation, watershed resilience, and other sustainable water management strategies. • implement WaterNow’s funding and financing technical assistance initiatives, including programs supporting communities navigating State Revolving Fund (SRF) loans, WaterSMART grants, and other state and federal funding opportunities. • conduct research, stakeholder interviews, and data collection and analysis to support project development and implementation. • prepare written memos, implementation roadmaps, presentations, case studies, reports, funding guidance materials, and other implementation-focused deliverables. • facilitate meetings, workshops, webinars, and stakeholder engagement activities. • assist communities in identifying, navigating, and applying for relevant state and federal funding and financing opportunities. • conduct outreach and engagement activities with communities, utilities, and partners to increase awareness of funding and technical assistance opportunities. • build and maintain constructive working relationships with utilities, municipalities, consultants, nonprofit partners, and other stakeholders. • represent WaterNow at conferences, meetings, webinars, and other professional events.

• Develop and implement cross-functional strategic initiatives to create and scale world-class support experiences for our members. • Perform analyses and conduct research to assess new opportunities and inform decision-making. • Effectively present insights and influence outcomes with Chime executives and key collaborators (e.g., Product, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams) • Bring structure to ambiguous problems, including defining clear problem statements, analytical frameworks, and quantifiable metrics for measuring success • Develop and deliver well structured and compelling narratives that drive clarity, understanding and alignment around new ideas

• Lead multi-workstream coordination efforts for CCN NG and VFMP technology implementation initiatives • Support Agile development cadence activities including Program Increment (PI) planning • Monitor and manage program schedules, identifying and escalating schedule risks • Facilitate stakeholder coordination and communication across VA program offices • Maintain program governance documentation including risk registers and decision logs
