Customer Support Associate
Libra Solutions
• Answer approximately **75–80 inbound customer calls per day** from consumers interested in applying for pre-settlement funding. • Provide outstanding customer service while educating consumers about available products and services. • Accurately collect and document customer information within company systems. • Guide applicants through the intake and onboarding process while ensuring a positive customer experience. • Meet or exceed established sales, quality, and productivity goals. • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when assisting customers experiencing financial hardship. • Utilize CRM and other internal systems to maintain accurate records and follow-up activities. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of customer applications. • Follow established call scripts, compliance requirements, and company procedures.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume inbound call center handling approximately 75–80 calls per day.**
- Customer service experience within the **medical, healthcare, legal, financial services, insurance, or personal injury industries** strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism.
- Experience using CRM software and online chat platforms.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Ability to meet productivity and performance metrics.
- Must successfully pass a background investigation.
- Be able to work from 10:30am – 7:00pm CST daily, Monday - Friday**

• Assist residents, consumers, and vendors with telephone, e-mail and online communications inquiries. • Provide timely and Professional solutions based service. • Assist with service inquiries, account questions, scheduling, general needs. • Deliver a good customer experience through clear and transparent communication and make sure to refer difficult or other issues to the appropriate departments for proper handling. • Coordinates and tracks service requests from start to finish. • Schedule appointments, update residents and property teams. • Ensure timely follow up by liaising with internal departments and service suppliers; Keep track of service history and open requests. • Maintain accurate records of residents, vendors, and services to ensure corporate systems are up to date. • Data entry, records management and administrative support. • Report and record keeping for support activities. • Comply with Company policies, practices and data privacy standards. • Work with property management teams and other internal departments. • Participate in team meetings, training and professional development opportunities. • Identify process improvement and service quality possibilities. • Help build a good, collaborative and service culture in the workplace.
• Executes day-to-day customer service tasks by following a varied set of procedures to address customer inquiries and issues. • Manages customer expectations and coordinates resolutions across departments. • Maintains accurate records of customer interactions for follow-up actions. • Responds to customer inquiries about order modifications, returns, or shipping issues. • Communicates regularly with internal teams (e.g., logistics, sales) to gather necessary information and resolve customer concerns promptly. • Provides explanations to customers on product features, order statuses, or returns policies. • Proactively interacts with outside sales force to ensure regular communication on pricing and other customer concerns.
