Role Description Scope of Value Analysis program is supplies, equipment and services. Position is responsible for driving/facilitating select Value Analysis teams to drive organizational product and service selection. Example activities include: - Research products and/or services - Obtain samples - Set up structured trials - Drive evaluation effort (compares patient safety, product quality, and total cost) - Work with vendors - Drive issue resolution internally as well as with manufacturers and vendors - Facilitate meetings - Train team leads and team members - Implementation and education - Post implementation follow-up - Documentation and communication Advocates for product and service standardization and unwarranted clinical variation. Drives team to decision using a structured, objective approach. • Analyzing and developing pricing strategies for clinical trial investigators, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and project requirements • Collaborating with clinical operations, finance teams, and investigators to gather data, assess cost structures, and develop accurate pricing models • Conducting financial analysis and benchmarking to evaluate pricing competitiveness and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements • Preparing detailed pricing reports and documentation, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and financial planning • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to pricing and financial management in clinical trials

• The Senior Financial Analyst provides support to the local management team that may include, but is not limited to financial reporting and control, income management, debt management, submitting invoices for payment for Accounts Payable and accurately billing clients for services rendered. • Analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses • Reporting of actual results and analysis vs. plan • Assist operations regarding cost budgets, quarterly forecasts and other financial planning activities • Publish periodic financial reports, including but not limited to: accounts payable, freight and consumable metrics, to provide department owners and leadership visibility to financial results • Perform analytical reviews of financial information to identify trends/opportunities. • Recommend improvements to drive cost efficiencies in balance with operational needs and capabilities.
