• Análise Transacional (Cash In & Cash Out): Monitorar e analisar fluxos transacionais de Pix em tempo real; • Detecção Qualificada: Detectar desvios comportamentais nos alertas de transações Pix em tempo hábil, garantindo a integridade da experiência do cliente legítimo e minimizando perdas financeiras; • Análise de Dados e Padrões: Identificar, mapear e documentar novos padrões de atividades fraudulentas; • Melhoria Contínua: Auxiliar ativamente na criação, teste e refinamento de regras de monitoramento, métricas e fluxos de detecção a fraudes; • Validação de Negócios: Analisar informações sistêmicas e realizar pesquisas avançadas na web (OSINT) para validação da atividade e consistência do cliente, mitigando riscos; • Foco em Performance: Alcançar as metas estabelecidas de produtividade diária e semanal (SLA), mantendo o rigor técnico e o nível de qualidade nas entregas; • Monitoramento de Ambiente: Atentar-se a possíveis instabilidades ou anomalias em sistemas internos e parceiros que possam impactar a operação.
Job Requirements
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Direito, Economia, Engenharia, Análise de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prévia com prevenção a fraudes (diferencial se já tiver atuado com e-commerce, banking ou fintechs);
- Conhecimento prático sobre o funcionamento, regras e dinâmica do ecossistema Pix;
- Experiência com consultas em birôs de mercado para validação de dados;
- Domínio do Pacote Office e Ferramentas Google (principalmente planilhas para cruzamento de dados).
- Habilidade com IA e Dados: Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para otimização de rotinas e lógica de dados;
- Curso de documentoscopia ou prevenção a golpes digitais;
- Conhecimento sobre ferramentas de monitoramento transacional em tempo real.

Role Description The Sr Application Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert supporting a capital funded initiative focused on expanding and optimizing Epic Cadence and MyChart scheduling functionality. This consultant will provide Sr level application expertise, lead solution design decisions, and ensure scalable, maintainable implementations aligned with the organization’s technology strategy.
