This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 10000000 - Rs 13000000 (ie INR 100-130 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: United States, Remote JobType: full-time As a DevOps leader, you will be responsible for building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, strengthening cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams. You will play a key role in defining DevOps best practices, improving deployment velocity, enhancing system reliability, and reducing operational overhead through automation. This position requires a hands-on professional who thrives in high-ownership environments and enjoys solving infrastructure and scaling challenges.

- Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable automated and reliable deployments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using modern tools and frameworks
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance across systems
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using observability tools
- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce risk
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release cycles and improve deployment strategies
- Strengthen system security through best practices in access control, network security, and compliance
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis efforts
- Continuously improve DevOps processes, tools, and governance standards
- What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar
- Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Solid experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar
- Experience implementing security best practices in cloud-native environments
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive ownership mindset
