• Prepares and delivers competency-based online instruction by providing theory and practice education • Instructs and facilitates a meaningful learning experience of the core competencies within the curriculum • Ensures learning objectives are met using methods within the e-learning modality • Stimulates class discussions and fosters an online culture of learning that values mutual respect, academic responsibility, life-long learning, diversity and ethics, as well as personal and professional development • Conducts ongoing student assessments • Provides substantive, holistic feedback to support the numerical score awarded for assignments and assessments • Provide 24-hour turnaround responses to student questions and concerns • Demonstrates effective written communication skills (clarity, spelling, grammar) and a professional tone in communications with students in the e-learning environment • Supports adherence to CACREP standards and policies and maintains core counselor education program faculty requirements

• Provide exceptional financial counseling support to patients • Meet with patients to discuss payment options • Verify insurance eligibility and explain benefits • Assist with Medicaid and financial assistance applications • Collaborate with care teams and revenue cycle departments

We’re looking for an experienced Mental Health Team Leader to join our community-based team. This is a virtual role that requires working afternoon shifts from home on a full-time permanent contract.
