• Own Kepler data content end-to-end — driving product success by delivering best-in-class outputs with a focus on accuracy, and continuously increasing client value. • Work with massive amounts of data and develop deep expertise in our proprietary methods and techniques, building strong mental models that allow you to ensure data accuracy, identify methodology gaps, and derive key insights. • Tackle complex data problems using strong analytical judgment to refine methodologies, test new datasets, and solve challenges that require creative thinking — even when information is incomplete or ambiguous. • Use AI and tooling to drive meaningful leverage — increasing speed, reducing manual work, and automating portions of workflows. You'll build repeatable processes, maintain a high bar for correctness and quality, and validate AI-generated outputs. • Use AI to drive client-value — you will write prompts and run automated evaluation processes to ensure our client-facing Kepler Insight Agent is accurate and able to answer the questions our customers are asking. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Research, Engineering, and other teams — coordinating across functions to unblock work, align on best practices, and develop solutions that streamline workflows and optimize data processes. • Help our customers understand the data by handling high-complexity questions about anomalies and trends in the data that our first line of support can’t handle.
Job Requirements
- You have 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics,
- You have expert fluency in SQL and experience using Python or PySpark, including building reliable, reusable analysis workflows
- You have a proven track record of quickly learning complex data methodologies and building strong mental models of how and why data works
- You have led complex, ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders — scoping the approach, driving alignment, and delivering outcomes — with a strong bias toward action and ownership
- You can clearly communicate complex concepts — including methodology, risks, and tradeoffs — and influence cross-functional partners to move decisions forward
- You actively use AI tools and are excited about using AI to drive leverage — not just productivity, but fundamentally better and faster ways of working.

• As an Analytics Technical Product Manager you will be a key member of the Analytics organization, the team that delivers insights and decision making tools to drive Aledade strategy and support our various lines of business. • In this role, you will report to an Analytics leader and serve as a force multiplier for our teams. • You will work alongside business owners, product team members, data analysts, designers and engineers to define project goals, solution scope, implementation approach, and rollout plans. • You will play a significant part in scoping analytics work, managing stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, high-impact analytics products with the ability to scale. • You will support teams of Analytics professionals to help us deliver new analysis and complex data products that power intelligence across our suite of tools.

Role Description The Health IT Data Analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and analytical products that enable Government leadership to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. This is a remote position requiring all work be performed in the continental United States. US Citizenship is required for consideration for this position. - Develop operational and executive dashboards. - Perform quantitative analysis of healthcare and operational data. - Build recurring and ad hoc reports. - Validate data quality and investigate anomalies. - Create visualizations supporting executive decision-making. - Perform trend analysis and forecasting. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements. - Document reporting methodologies and business rules. - Support performance measurement initiatives. - Present findings to Government stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline. - Minimum five (5) years of data analytics experience. - Experience developing Power BI or Tableau dashboards. - Strong Excel and data visualization skills. - Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust suitability. Requirements - Healthcare analytics experience. - Federal reporting experience. - Knowledge of Power Platform. - Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques. Benefits - Expected Salary Range: $70,000–$75,000 annually. - Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location (if applicable), and final contract funding.
