• Design and develop comprehensive tagging plans that align with business objectives and measurement strategies • Configure analytics platforms according to defined metrics and tagging specifications, including enhanced e-commerce tracking, conversion funnels, custom dimensions and metrics, filters, and view configurations • Develop technical documentation for implementing analytics tools and A/B testing platforms according to measurement requirements • Implement and deploy analytics solutions using tag management systems to ensure accurate and efficient data collection • Translate business questions into well-defined, testable hypotheses that drive analytical rigor • Map and identify data requirements necessary for developing analyses, dashboards, and decision-support tools • Apply business knowledge and a consultative approach to identify problems, analyze root causes, and define testing frameworks • Recommend new analyses, reports, and KPIs to measure business impact and guide strategic initiatives • Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights from digital interaction data • Create compelling data-driven narratives that effectively communicate findings to both technical and executive audiences • Generate reports and develop interactive dashboards that enable squads and stakeholders to make informed decisions • Monitor and ensure the reliability and integrity of data in the digital analytics environment • Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, implementation errors, and tracking gaps • Optimize data storage and collection practices to minimize data loss and maximize analytical value
Job Requirements
- Proven experience developing tagging plans and measurement strategies for web and mobile applications
- Strong proficiency configuring advanced analytics features including Measurement Protocol, Enhanced E-commerce, Funnels/Goals, Custom Dimensions and Metrics, Filters, and Views
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into hypotheses and data requirements
- Experience conducting exploratory data analysis and building data-driven narratives for diverse audiences
- Proficiency generating reports and dashboards using tools such as Data Studio, Power BI, and Tableau
- Strong business acumen with a consultative mindset for problem identification and solution design
- Ability to work autonomously while actively collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Nice to have:
- Prior experience delivering Digital Analytics projects from end to end
- Hands-on experience working within agile development methodologies
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 and/or Universal Analytics)
- Ability to develop implementation documentation for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and A/B testing platforms
- Practical experience implementing analytics solutions via Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and ad-hoc analysis

Role Description The Health IT Data Analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and analytical products that enable Government leadership to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. This is a remote position requiring all work be performed in the continental United States. US Citizenship is required for consideration for this position. - Develop operational and executive dashboards. - Perform quantitative analysis of healthcare and operational data. - Build recurring and ad hoc reports. - Validate data quality and investigate anomalies. - Create visualizations supporting executive decision-making. - Perform trend analysis and forecasting. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements. - Document reporting methodologies and business rules. - Support performance measurement initiatives. - Present findings to Government stakeholders. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline. - Minimum five (5) years of data analytics experience. - Experience developing Power BI or Tableau dashboards. - Strong Excel and data visualization skills. - Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust suitability. Requirements - Healthcare analytics experience. - Federal reporting experience. - Knowledge of Power Platform. - Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques. Benefits - Expected Salary Range: $70,000–$75,000 annually. - Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location (if applicable), and final contract funding.
