Job Description

AI Engineer, Microsoft Copilot

• Develop and integrate LLM-based AI solutions via Copilot Studio & Prompt Flow; deploy AI agents into Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform workflows. • Architect and deploy Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, M365 Apps) with scalable, secure designs. • Implement security & compliance features (Purview, Responsible AI) across M365 environments. • Automate tasks using PowerShell and build custom solutions with Power Automate & Power Apps. • Act as a trusted advisor for clients by leading technical workshops, delivering proofs of concept (POCs), and presenting AI and automation solutions with a clear, structured, and high‑impact communication style tailored to both technical and executive audiences. • Strong knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio, with the ability to scale, operationalize, and govern AI solutions across enterprise environments, ensuring performance, security, and reliability as adoption grows.

Job Requirements

  • Practical experience building, integrating, and operationalizing LLM-based solutions using Copilot Studio, Prompt Flow, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI.
  • Knowledge of enterprise AI scaling, governance, and lifecycle management, including security, performance, and Responsible AI practices (Purview).
  • Experience integrating AI solutions into business workflows across Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to lead workshops, deliver POCs, and present complex solutions clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and identity (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Experience with Generative AI/ML (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI) and integrating AI into enterprise applications.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English & Spanish, with ability to deliver AI training sessions.
  • Nivel de Inglés Avanzado.
  • Microsoft Azure AI certifications are a plus.
