What you’ll do: - Partner with sales representatives to develop messaging, identify target personas, and craft account strategies. - Research target accounts, identify key players, and create targeted lists, call strategies, and outreach campaigns. - Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social messaging, events, and other mediums. - Qualify leads, create sales-ready opportunities, and transfer them to Sales Representatives. - Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth transitions from qualification to discovery. - Prepare reports and forecasts on activities and results using Salesforce - Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments and pipeline generation. Role Description The International Business and Business Development Intern is a temporary, part-time internship role designed to provide hands-on exposure to internal business operations, international business, commercial strategy, and business development activities within TPC Integrated Solutions Group. This position will support current strategic initiatives, including the new commercial structure, Houston expansion efforts, and general Business Development support. The role is intended for a student or early-career candidate interested in learning how businesses, markets, customers, and global operations connect in a real-world manufacturing and commercial environment. This role is not intended to be a marketing internship. While the intern may assist with customer, market, or business research, the primary focus is learning and supporting internal business, commercial planning, global business operations, and Business Development execution.
