Role Description We are seeking to add a Policy Retention Associate to our team. This is a remote opportunity with a schedule of 8:00am – 5:00pm EST. To be considered for this role, you must be located within one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, or Pennsylvania. Our Policy Retention Team handles the processing of cancellations and reinstatement endorsements on policies per state and company guidelines. Tasks for this role may include: - Issuing notices of cancellation - Processing through a high level of emails - Handling calls from various people including Agents, Underwriters, carriers, and finance companies The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organized with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and comfort working with numerical data, including basic mathematical calculations.
