Role Description The Bilingual Sales Representative is primarily responsible for quoting and closing insurance policies for inbound warm leads received via phone and digital submission. - Handle inbound warm leads received via phone and digital submission from Spanish and English-speaking prospects. - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements. - Ensure a seamless customer experience by guiding customers through the sales process, including coverage options, policy terms and pricing. - Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns and objections. - Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products to maximize customer value across the Mindr Co. family of brands. - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. - Utilize Breathe Easy technology systems, including quoting software, agency management software, and payment software. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - Collaborate with leadership, team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - All other duties as assigned. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent - Active, unrestricted Resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license - Ability to obtain an unrestricted Non-resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California (if not CA resident) within 45 days of hire - 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based sales position - Attention to detail, strong follow through and ability to think on your feet - Strong typing skills and PC proficiency - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bilingual Spanish/English required Requirements - Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-7:30pm Central Time - Start Date: 7/20/26 Benefits - Starting base hourly rate is $19-$21+ opportunity to earn uncapped commission.
