- Experience integrating LLM APIs into data workflows

• Develop and maintain construction execution plans, organizing and controlling all aspects of on-site work including civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, and technology infrastructure scopes • Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions; ensure all internal and external project processes are followed and projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely • Coordinate manpower and subcontractor allocations across multiple projects; work with Fleet and Equipment teams to ensure appropriate resources are deployed effectively • Work with QA/QC Management teams to ensure adequate quality oversight including compliance with data center commissioning requirements • Lead daily planning sessions with on-site personnel and prepare progress reports for the Director outlining project performance against schedule, budget, safety, and quality metrics • Support Human Resources in managing labour relations across both union and non-union workforces as applicable to project requirements • Lead training and development of field crews, supervisors, and foremen; support recruitment of field supervisory staff • Support the estimating and proposal process including reviewing estimate requirements, submittal packages, pricing, scheduling, and preparation of written deliverables • Manage existing client relationships and support the development of new customer relationships
