We're looking for an Automotive Implementation Specialist who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring every new partnership starts off strong. In this role, you'll own the onboarding experience for new automotive clients, serving as their trusted guide from contract to campaign launch. What You'll Do - Serve as the primary point of contact for new client onboarding, ensuring a seamless implementation experience. - Own the onboarding process from kickoff through campaign launch, keeping projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations. - Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, transparency, and responsiveness. - Partner with Sales and Post-Sales Optimization teams to develop digital marketing strategies that support client goals and maximize ROI. - Coordinate campaign setup and fulfillment across multiple digital marketing platforms and technologies. - Troubleshoot onboarding challenges, identify solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly. - Monitor onboarding performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. - Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications - Experience managing client relationships, account onboarding, or customer success in a client-facing environment. - Knowledge of digital advertising products, including Search, Display, Marketing Systems, and Traditional Media. - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical and marketing concepts for clients. - Experience using Excel and Salesforce for reporting, tracking, and account management. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. - Proven ability to build trust with clients and deliver an outstanding customer experience. - Experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or the automotive industry is preferred.
