Role Description As a Cloud Products Support Specialist (Non-profit sector), you will have primary responsibility for supporting CSOs in their Cloud Licensing Needs and Products, mainly coordinating sales, and provisioning operations for TechSoup’s Cloud Service Provider Program globally. In this role, you’ll be working directly with the Cloud and Services Teams including operations & technical support staff. You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound requests from customers (Non-Profit Organizations) relating to customer product selection and pre and post-sales support. Sample tasks for this job include but are not limited to: - Interacting with customers by phone and email to provide product information - Taking/reviewing orders - Implementing and evolving support processes - Navigating multiple platforms and applications to add, view and find customer account details - Communicating efficiently, timely and appropriately to all customer and partner requests - Coordinating with Microsoft and other external IT organizations as deemed appropriate This position reports to Cloud Operations Lead. • Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for IFS Cloud engagements, including extensions, integrations, data migration, and reporting layers. • Lead technical design workshops with clients to translate business requirements into scalable, upgrade-safe IFS Cloud solutions. • Set and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and coding conventions across project teams. • Review and approve technical designs, integration specifications, and custom development produced by Systems Engineers and Software Engineers. • Provide technical leadership across IFS Cloud Solution Areas, including platform extensibility (IFS Developer Studio, Aurena, Lobby and Page Designer), integration (REST/OData, IFS Connect, Event Mesh), and data migration tooling. • Identify technical risks early, define mitigation strategies, and escalate design issues that may affect delivery timelines, cost, or upgrade compatibility. • Partner with Project Managers to translate architecture decisions into estimable, deliverable work packages and support SOW and change request scoping. • Maintain awareness of IFS Cloud release roadmaps (e.g. 25R2, 26R1) and assess impact of new platform capabilities on existing and future client solutions. • Mentor Systems Engineers and Software Engineers on architecture principles, technical best practice, and IFS Cloud platform capability. • Support pre-sales and business development by contributing technical solutioning, effort estimation, and architecture input into proposals and discovery workshops. • Maintain technical documentation standards, including solution architecture documents, integration design documents, and technical decision logs.

• Diseñar y evolucionar la arquitectura de datos. • Definir, evolucionar e implementar la arquitectura end-to-end de datos sobre Google Cloud Platform. • Diseñar y construir las capas Raw, Standard (Silver) y Curated (Gold) en BigQuery. • Diseñar procesos de ingesta, transformación y orquestación utilizando Cloud Composer (Airflow), Airbyte y dbt Core. • Liderar la migración desde pipelines y modelos legacy hacia la arquitectura objetivo. • Definir estándares de ingeniería y gobierno del dato. • Diseñar modelos de datos, dominios, ownership, data contracts, catálogo, lineage y documentación técnica. • Definir mecanismos de calidad de datos mediante tests automáticos, reglas de validación, SLOs, alertas y procesos de monitorización. • Garantizar la seguridad y el cumplimiento en el tratamiento de datos clínicos sensibles mediante IAM, Policy Tags, DLP, auditoría y control de accesos. • Impulsar una plataforma preparada para el crecimiento. • Definir patrones de observabilidad, monitorización, logging y gobierno operativo de la plataforma. • Optimizar rendimiento y costes en BigQuery y servicios asociados de Google Cloud Platform. • Colaborar con los equipos de Producto, IA, Backend y DevOps para habilitar nuevos casos de uso analíticos y soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial. • Actuar como referente técnico en arquitectura, buenas prácticas de ingeniería, CI/CD y estándares de desarrollo.
