Role Description The TechOps Engineer is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work cross functionally within the company. The lucky candidate will work closely with our Operations, Product, and R&D teams. - Dive deep into complex technical problems across live environments - analyzing system behavior, data flows, and configurations to drive fast, accurate resolutions. - Build and maintain internal automation tools, workflows, and dashboards that eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency across the company. - Work closely with GDS Specialists, Solution Architects, Product, and R&D - acting as the technical bridge between operational needs and engineering solutions. - Develop AI-powered tooling to automate repetitive operational tasks, surface anomalies, and accelerate investigation workflows. - Identify patterns in operational data and proactively translate them into scalable technical solutions before they become recurring issues. - Manage long-term projects and deliver on time. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical operations, backend, or similar engineering role. - Development skills in Python and/or JavaScript. - Experience building automations and internal tooling from scratch. - Solid technical fundamentals: SQL, log analysis, API debugging, system administration. - Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows. - Strong investigative mindset - comfortable navigating ambiguous problems across systems and data independently. - Familiarity with GDS web services (Sabre, Amadeus, or equivalent). - Background in travel tech or airline/booking systems - significant advantage. - Experience with cloud environments (AWS or equivalent) - significant advantage.

Role Description As a Cloud Products Support Specialist (Non-profit sector), you will have primary responsibility for supporting CSOs in their Cloud Licensing Needs and Products, mainly coordinating sales, and provisioning operations for TechSoup’s Cloud Service Provider Program globally. In this role, you’ll be working directly with the Cloud and Services Teams including operations & technical support staff. You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound requests from customers (Non-Profit Organizations) relating to customer product selection and pre and post-sales support. Sample tasks for this job include but are not limited to: - Interacting with customers by phone and email to provide product information - Taking/reviewing orders - Implementing and evolving support processes - Navigating multiple platforms and applications to add, view and find customer account details - Communicating efficiently, timely and appropriately to all customer and partner requests - Coordinating with Microsoft and other external IT organizations as deemed appropriate This position reports to Cloud Operations Lead.
