• Research and identify potential investors including family offices, high-net-worth individuals, founders, and emerging manager LPs. • Build and maintain a structured LP database and pipeline. • Track investor outreach, conversations, and follow-ups. • Support scheduling and coordination of investor meetings. • Prepare meeting briefs and follow-up materials. • Maintain CRM and fundraising pipeline dashboards. • Assist with maintaining fundraising materials including pitch decks, data rooms, and investor updates. • Help prepare investor reports and communications. • Track relevant venture capital events, conferences, and networking opportunities. • Research venture funds, startups, and ecosystem trends to support investor conversations.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, private wealth, or startup operations.
  • Strong research, organization, and communication skills.
  • Interest in venture capital and early-stage startups.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Willingness to travel for LP meetings, venture events, and ecosystem networking.
