• Lead end-to-end project management for SaaS implementations, upgrades, and integrations. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Manage and facilitate communication between development, operations, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless project delivery. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate issues as necessary. • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting schedules and scope as necessary to meet changing project needs and requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud computing concepts.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Prior experience in project management.

Role Description itD is seeking a Project Coordinator III to drive AI-powered project coordination and operational excellence across entertainment content launches by developing internal tooling, automating workflows, and coordinating cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in AI-assisted application development, project coordination, and workflow automation, with a proven track record of delivering scalable web-based solutions, streamlining production processes, and supporting complex cross-functional initiatives. Location: Remote (U.S.) – PST working hours required Duration: 12 Months Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain internal web applications that surface project updates, milestone tracking, and status reporting using AI-assisted development workflows. - Utilize AI coding assistants to rapidly prototype, develop, and submit code changes that improve project management tools and operational efficiency. - Coordinate project workstreams across developers, content producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines. - Build and maintain automation workflows that connect project tracking systems and content management platforms for real-time reporting. - Monitor application performance, validate data accuracy, identify issues, and coordinate resolution with development teams. - Track software defects, submit code fixes through established review workflows, and communicate project impacts to stakeholders. - Document project activities, maintain project documentation, and support onboarding for new workflows, AI tools, and platform enhancements.
