Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in application development, AI-assisted development, project coordination, or a related field. - Experience using AI coding assistants and large language model (LLM)-based development tools. - Experience submitting code changes through structured code review workflows. - Experience building and maintaining web applications or internal web platforms. - Experience coordinating project deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies. - Experience integrating AI into production workflows and development operations. - Familiarity with project management systems and production tooling. - Experience with automation architecture, including system integrations, triggers, and workflow automation. - Experience with agent-based workflows, prompt engineering, and AI code generation. - Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies. - Experience coordinating multi-track projects involving internal and external development teams.
