Tender Management Specialist
VB Spine, LLC
Role Description - Monitor public and private tender markets for spinal implant and related services. - Prepare, compile, and submit tender documentation in compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures. - Analyse tender specifications (SWZ) and identify key requirements. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, marketing, logistics, legal) to prepare competitive offers and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Coordinate communication with contracting authorities and public institutions during the tender process. - Track legislative changes in public procurement law and implement them into company processes. - Track and analyse tender results, providing management with insights, recommendations, and strategic improvements. - Drive continuous improvement of tender processes, tools, and templates in line with best practices. - Ensure adherence to corporate values, compliance, and ethical standards in all tendering activities. Qualifications - University degree (preferred fields: law, administration, economics, management). - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tender management in the applicable country public procurement market (MedTech or healthcare experience is strongly preferred). - In-depth knowledge of applicable country public procurement law and tender procedures. - Ability to analyse complex documentation and prepare winning offers. - Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Fluency in English (written and spoken). - Strong organisational and project management skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
