• Develop and own the territory plan to achieve quota / revenue growth goals. • Be disciplined to a defined sales process and lead generation process. • Collaborate with team members across the Hyperfine organization. • Be always the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for the customer during the sales process. • Manage a complex sale with multiple work streams. • Experience selling into complex procedures (ICU, ED, OR). • Proven success selling technical information to clinicians and procurement teams. • Support live events such as demonstrations and conferences. • Partner with Inside Sales to follow up on leads to find new customers. • Partner with commercial and internal stakeholders to share feedback.

• Build and lead the global Clinical Support Team, including Clinical Support Specialists and Clinical Account Managers. • Work with VP Commercial and Marketing leadership to set the overall vision and strategic plan for the Clinical Support organization. • Drive customer outcomes, product adoption, and customer experience. • Define and optimize customer lifecycle by driving programs and initiatives to improve engagement approaches. • Recruit and develop high-performing team. • Work closely with the sales management to align on strategies and account opportunities.
