• This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of a department • Perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or necessary • Conduct drive through violation inspections in assigned areas • Create inspection reports • Respond to homeowner, Property Manager, and Board of Director emails • Schedule communities and conduct a Board Member Ride-along and adjust checklists as needed

• Perform virtual commercial inspections and plan reviews in licensed disciplines (building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical), via video, photos, or digital submissions • Identify defects, hazards, inconsistencies, or non-compliance issues in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations • Accurately document inspection findings using approved reporting systems and communication channels • Communicate inspection results, required corrections, and professional recommendations to key stakeholders • Assists and advises internal team, contractors, building owners, of code violations and compliance • Provide technical guidance and support to inspection team assistance to inspection personnel relating to field problems • Participate in cross-training with other inspection staff to broaden knowledge enhance overall job performance • Maintain current knowledge of jurisdictional requirements and Florida Building Code • Performs other related duties as assigned

• Perform infrared thermographic inspections of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and/or roofing at commercial and industrial job sites • Analyze thermal images to identify anomalies or potential failures • Prepare detailed inspection reports using company templates, clearly documenting findings and recommendations for corrective action • Represent the company professionally on-site as the primary customer interface • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customer personnel to ensure clarity and accuracy of inspection results • Complete administrative duties in a timely manner, including time tracking, expense reporting, and travel arrangements • May also support building energy audits and assist with cataloging customers’ electrical and mechanical assets
