Violations Inspector

Cedar Management Group

• This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of a department • Perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or necessary • Conduct drive through violation inspections in assigned areas • Create inspection reports • Respond to homeowner, Property Manager, and Board of Director emails • Schedule communities and conduct a Board Member Ride-along and adjust checklists as needed

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs and Sheets
  • Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision
