Job Requirements
- Experience in client service, account management, or a client-facing training role
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data and research products
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, media, or market research a plus
- A strong plus: Experience in media planning and familiarity with industry tools such as Telmar, Nielsen Clear Decisions, or MediaRadar.
