Associate Technical Program Manager

• Lead cross-functional projects, including program definition, roadmap planning, resource allocation, and execution • Work on projects leveraging AI/ML technologies and integrating them into yours and the organisation’s regular work stream • Understand, clarify and articulate the requirements to the leads and developers, assist in scoping, schedule preparation, ensuring quality, and deployment excellence across the service and product offerings • Work closely with clients, sales, tech leaders, developers, QA engineers, product managers, business teams, and external vendors to align priorities and drive execution • Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and enhance testing and release processes to improve delivery speed and efficiency • Define and implement quality, release metrics, and process improvements to reduce time-to-market while ensuring operational excellence • Act as a technical problem solver, resolving project deadlocks and constraints through consensus and sound judgment • Drive planning of major/minor and maintenance release windows, ensuring alignment across multiple teams • Collect and analyze data to track project performance and make informed business decisions • Maintain structured documentation and provide regular program updates to leadership teams

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant program, project and account management experience in a fast progressing tech-oriented company
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience managing technical projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and implementing release strategies
  • Build good rapport with the existing clients and the prospects leading to new opportunities discovery, conversion, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Experience or familiarity with AI-driven solutions and automation tools
  • Ability to understand and work with SMEs on frontend, backend, cloud, and infrastructure technologies
  • Experience managing Agile methodologies, participate and/or conduct daily standups, promptly update the incident management tools, prepare work breakdown structure for complex and timebound tasks/projects, perform root cause analyses, initiate preventive and corrective actions
