Required Experience - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within the financial services industry. - Strong knowledge of finance data and statistical or regulatory reporting. - Demonstrated experience working on enterprise data transformation or data integration programmes. - Hands-on experience analysing data lineage, data models, data ingestion, and transformation processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical data solutions. - Experience working independently, driving discovery and requirements definition with minimal supervision. - Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience - Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as CIB Data Platform, iHub, or comparable data platforms. - Experience supporting data ingestion, integration, or reporting transformation initiatives. - Knowledge of Private Banking or Corporate & Investment Banking data domains. Nice to Have - Previous experience with IWBP – Private Banking VS and/or CIB MSS VS, including related products, processes, and databases. - Familiarity with large-scale banking data architecture and regulatory reporting environments.
