• Perform smoke testing, integration testing, regression testing, and formal qualification testing in an agile systems development environment. • Document system problems and verify fixes. • Design, develop, and maintain system test plans, test cases, test procedures, and automated tests in compliance with program functional, technical, and performance requirements. • Work with the lead test engineer and a team of systems engineers and software developers to establish and develop test methods and techniques. • Troubleshoot and modify test tools and test scripts. • Generate test data, perform test data analysis, and develop test documentation. • Perform system integration of COTS, GOTS, and organic hardware and software. • Participate in formal inspection process, customer meetings, and user events. • Provide support to customer testers during acceptance testing, including test procedure walkthroughs, documentation of testing issues and test results, and answering questions on system functionality.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for IT systems and process improvements. • Develop professional written products, including process documentation, workflows, training materials, and procedural guides. • Support DoD software development projects and programs through requirements management and stakeholder coordination. • Develop and maintain processes, tools, templates, and performance metrics. • Support Six Sigma process improvement initiatives using the DMAIC methodology. • Support IT initiatives utilizing ServiceNow and related enterprise platforms. • Prepare analysis, reports, and visualizations suitable for executive level and operational audiences.

• Provide program and project management support for IT initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. • Apply agile frameworks and practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Develop and maintain program and project management documentation such as project plans, schedules, risk registers, work breakdown structures, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes. • Support governance activities, including preparation of briefing materials, meeting coordination, note taking, and reporting. • Analyze information from multiple sources to develop recommendations and communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Execute duties in accordance with DoD acquisition policies and guidance. • Support IT initiatives leveraging ServiceNow and related enterprise platforms as required.
