Role Description As a Business Broker, you will help connect buyers and sellers of privately held companies with revenues of up to $100 million. You will work closely with business owners, prospective buyers, attorneys, accountants, lenders, and other professionals to guide transactions from initial engagement through successful closing. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, building networks, and helping clients achieve important business goals. What You'll Do - Develop relationships with business owners interested in selling their companies. - Identify and qualify prospective buyers. - Facilitate communications and negotiations between buyers and sellers. - Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, lenders, and other advisors throughout the transaction process. - Manage multiple opportunities while maintaining exceptional client service. - Guide clients through every stage of the business sale process. Qualifications - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. - Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. - Experience in sales, finance, consulting, business ownership, or professional services is helpful but not required.
