Job Description
Lease Audit Intern
Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
• Track and reconcile department expenses and employee costs • Communicate with team members and auditors across different regions • Coordinate and book business travel for the team • Enter and maintain data in various tracking systems and databases • Prepare simple ad hoc analyses based on collected data • Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operation • Optional Development Opportunity: For candidates interested in audit work, there may be opportunities to gradually learn about lease audit processes and participate in audit-related activities within Lease Administration department
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student (minimum 3rd year of studies, any field)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Availability of 50-60 hours per month (with potential to increase)
- Good Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Thoroughness and persistence in following up on tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Additional European language(s) (Nice to Have)
