Director, Product Education – Learning Programs

• Define and lead the strategy for customer and partner learning and enablement programs, ensuring alignment with product roadmap, go-to-market priorities, and customer success objectives. • Oversee the full lifecycle of customer- and partner-facing learning programs, including curriculum design and development, certification pathways, and ongoing updates. • Ensure training programs are embedded into product release cycles, enabling timely and effective customer and partner readiness for new and enhanced capabilities. • Lead the design and execution of scalable training delivery models, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning experiences and bootcamps. • Own partner learning programs, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to successfully implement, support, and extend product value. • Establish and manage program operations, including planning, scheduling, governance, and delivery coordination across global audiences. • Working with finance, manage the commercial model associated with our customer and partner related training offerings. • Work directly with Product teams to translate product functionality and roadmap changes into effective learning content and delivery. • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Customer Success and Support teams, and Partner teams to ensure learning programs support adoption, implementation success, and customer outcomes. • Define and track key performance indicators such as adoption, engagement, completion, and effectiveness; use insights to continuously improve programs. • Prepare and present program updates to senior leadership, including performance, impact, risks, and opportunities. • Oversee the management of external vendors, contractors, and platform partners as needed to support scalable program delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; or related relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of experience leading customer- and partner-facing learning programs, training functions, or similar roles within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a track record of delivering scalable programs and driving operational excellence.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale learning programs that drive product adoption and implementation success.
  • An SME who understands how to create and deliver best in class content while managing the business financials to support it.
  • An exceptional collaborator – experience working as part of a Product organization to seamlessly deliver as part of the Product Factory.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and experience aligning learning programs to product releases and roadmap evolution.
  • Experience building and managing partner learning including certification programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner organizations.
  • Strong operational leadership skills, with experience managing complex program delivery, scheduling, and global execution.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across content, delivery, and program operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure program effectiveness and translate insights into improvements.
