Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or distributed data systems
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB (MongoDB Atlas preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in NoSQL data modeling, indexing, and aggregation pipelines
- 4+ years of experience designing MongoDB Atlas architectures (replication, sharding, high availability)
- 3+ years of experience with event-driven architecture and streaming (Kafka, CDC)
- 3+ years of experience building ETL/ELT and real-time data pipelines

Role Description Under the leadership of the Manager of Data Engineering & Automation, the Data Engineering Architect is responsible for Automation of report production in Business Intelligence (BI) systems that integrate with databases, data warehouses/marts and data lake.
