• Partner with Sales to ensure all deals are well-structured and aligned with commercial policies. • Manage and process US Channel Purchase Orders (POs). • Execute Channel Stocking Orders for inventory availability. • Serve as a central support hub for the sales-side booking and fulfillment within Salesforce. • Identify and report system bugs or process inefficiencies. • Provide critical support during high-volume periods during EOQ and EOY cycles. • Demonstrate high levels of self-sufficiency and resourcefulness by interpreting complex documentation.

• Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies, specific claim processes, systems, and procedures, including virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training. • Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under close supervision. • Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers. • Learn to investigate and evaluate all relevant facts and information (including but not limited to analyzing leases, contracts, by-laws and other relevant documents which may have an impact). • Determine and apply coverage for building damages per policy terms. • Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses and utilizes as a basis for written estimates and/or computer assisted estimates. • Provide timely and professional communication to customers, claimants, and internal stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems. • Demonstrate openness to continuous learning, particularly in AI and digital transformation. • Adapt to new technology implementations, system upgrades, and digital tool rollouts while maintaining productivity and service quality. • In order to perform the essential functions of this role, acquisition and maintenance of Insurance License(s) and/or a UAS Remote Pilot Certification may be required to comply with federal, state, and Travelers requirements. • This position requires participation in our Catastrophe Response Program, which could include deployment to assist our customers in other states. • This position requires the individual to access and inspect all areas of a dwelling or structure, which is physically demanding requiring the ability to carry, set up and climb a ladder weighing approximately 38 to 49 pounds, walk on roofs, and enter tight spaces (such as attic staircases and entries, crawl spaces, etc.). • While specific territory or day-to-day responsibilities may not require an individual to climb a ladder, the incumbent must be capable of safely climbing a ladder when deploying to a catastrophe which is a requirement of the position. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Designs, produces and analyzes customer operations data. • Creates and maintains reports for business operations and special projects as it pertains to operational processes. • Utilizes knowledge of numerous applications, databases, information systems, statistical tools and analytical principles to monitor and analyze information in support of the business. • Assists in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of information systems.

• Support field investigations, assessments, and monitoring programs across a number of interdisciplinary fields, including cultural, biological, and environmental projects. • Perform routine ground/surface water and soil sampling activities using standard industry methods. • Perform field work, data collection/analysis, and office related assignments such as maps and diagram preparation. • Perform thorough documentation of field activities including daily safety tailgates, daily field logs, sample collection forms, photographic documentation, GPS locations, sample and site tracking/management, chain of custodies, quality assurance forms, and quality control review of field documentation. • Operation and maintenance of field equipment such as organic vapor detectors, GPS units, soil and water quality instrumentation, stream flow meters, compasses, metal detectors, binoculars, digital cameras, etc. • Perform soil classification in accordance with ASTM guidelines. • Assist in the preparation and writing of environmental, biological, and cultural reports to interpret and present results of field and desktop studies. • Participate in and oversee environmental drilling operations, including soil borings, monitoring well installation, development, and abandonment. • Support environmental compliance activities such as spill response plans, investigation-derived waste permitting and management, compliance audits, etc.
