Behavior Intervention Aides at AXIS provide direct support during live instruction or the high frequency direct support that are foundational to learning, connection, and confidence. Through virtual sessions, they deliver personalized instruction, collaborate with educators, and help each student progress in ways that are meaningful and measurable. Their work ensures that even from a distance, students feel heard, understood, and empowered. Qualifications - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ABA - Resides in the state of California - 2+ years of experience in a school setting Requirements - Professional Integrity & Accountability – Demonstrates ethical behavior, respects policies, and takes ownership of responsibilities - Collaboration & Communication – Works effectively with colleagues and contributes to a positive, team-oriented environment - Adaptability & Problem Solving – Maintains a growth mindset, responds well to challenges, and can troubleshoot independently - Cultural Competence & Time Management – Shows cultural sensitivity and consistently manages time and tasks efficiently Benefits - Part-time or Full-Time Options starting at $30 per hour: 15 hours of daytime availability per week minimum - 1099 Contract Positions - Competitive Pay - Unparalleled Mentorship and Support - 100% Remote

Role Description ListEngage is seeking a skilled and strategic RFP Specialist to join our growing team. As a key step of our strategic new business efforts, this role will be central to ListEngage's continued growth, helping translate our mission and expertise into winning narratives. The RFP Specialist is a technical scoping and writing role focused on helping ListEngage present winning Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other sales proposals. You will lead the process of RFP discovery, scoping, writing, editing, and supporting final submissions. This role requires crafting compelling, compliant proposals that are technically accurate and showcase our value proposition. Duties & Responsibilities - Scoping & Strategy - Evaluate strategic fit of RFP, RFI, and procurement opportunities with ListEngage's capabilities. - Gather and document client requirements to create detailed scoping documents. - Proposal Writing & Development - Lead the scoping effort for RFPs and proposals, creating a Salesforce services scope of work that is aligned to the prospect’s requirements. - Lead proposal content development from structure to storytelling, ensuring submissions are tailored, persuasive, and clearly aligned with evaluation criteria. - Write, edit, proofread, and format long-form submissions. - Write technical descriptions of in-scope work for RFPs/RFIs as well as internal use. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Operations, Marketing, Creative, Account Management) to source content, insights, and case studies, serving as a technical Subject Matter Expert. - Cross-Functional Contribution - Support knowledge base development by capturing reusable content and updating case studies. - Translate proposal language into pitch presentations and decks as needed. - Present to clients, painting a vision for the solution, its dependencies, milestones, and phases. Qualifications - Undergraduate degree - 3-5+ years' experience in technical scoping, proposal writing, or technical writing - Demonstrated experience producing long-form written content (e.g., 30-80+ page proposals, reports, or equivalent complex documents). - Familiarity with procurement and RFP processes - Experience with data architecture, data flow, and technology stacks, as well as experience with marketing automation and digital campaigns. - Exceptional writing, editing, research, presentation, analytical, consultative, and communication skills. - Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to balance multiple deadlines and priorities. - Proven ability to work independently, drive projects forward with minimal oversight, and demonstrate strong judgment in identifying when to seek input or escalate questions. - Ability to work in the United States.
