Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a creative role
- At least one election cycle in political advertising, campaigns, or issue advocacy
- Exceptional script writing and narrative development skills
- Ability to craft short-form video concepts for diverse voter audiences
- Strong conceptual thinking and pitching ability
- Hands-on video production experience
- Comfort hiring and directing vendors and crews
- Familiarity with video editing, static ad formats, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
