• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business to identify opportunities where 10Pearls can deliver value. • Proactively manage account health, track engagement metrics, and mitigate risks before they become issues. • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to expand our footprint within existing accounts. • Manage and grow relationships with key technology partners (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft) to drive co-selling motions and joint go-to-market initiatives. • Work with partners to navigate their internal programs, incentives, and compliance requirements to maximize collaboration benefits. • Conduct regular on-site visits with both clients and partners to build rapport, lead business reviews, and present 10Pearls' capabilities. • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to translate complex project successes into compelling case studies and new business proposals. • Track industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform account strategies and partnership opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a technology consulting firm, a digital agency, or a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of how technology services are scoped, sold, and delivered. Ability to have high-level conversations about digital transformation, product development, and cloud adoption.
  • Proven ability to connect with senior-level stakeholders and build trust quickly. You are a natural "people person" who enjoys nurturing professional networks.
  • You can look beyond a single transaction to see the long-term potential of a client or partner relationship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create polished presentations and lead engaging meetings.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally and nationally for on-site client and partner meetings as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
