Intern – Operations Center, Support for Public Agency Service Desks

• Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities. • Update client records; • Enter internship program data, keeping the database up to date; • Direct users to the relevant pages on the Portal according to the services requested; • Clarify clients' questions about products and services; • Provide customer service and register new clients; • Assist in maintaining the database (client registration); • Conduct technical promotion of products; • Respond to client inquiries about processes via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease of working with computerized systems is required;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle tasks that require focus are essential;
- Must have at least one year remaining before graduation/available to intern.
