• Atuará no Onboarding de clientes, auxiliando nas configurações, parametrizações e treinamentos para garantir o melhor uso dos nossos produtos. • Implantar softwares desenvolvidos pela Segware, conduzindo o cliente durante todo o processo de implantação remota ou presencial. • Garantir que os prazos e capacitações combinadas sejam cumpridos corretamente. • Realizar análise detalhada das necessidades do cliente para definir a melhor forma de implantação, minimizando impactos na operação do cliente. • Análise e Identificação de problemas que possam ocorrer durante a implantação. • Ministrar treinamentos presenciais e remotos para garantir que os usuários finais estejam preparados para utilizar as soluções implementadas. • Fornecer suporte contínuo para atender às necessidades dos clientes. • Documentar todos os projetos de implantação, mantendo atualizada a ferramenta de trabalho. • Elaborar documentação de ajuda do sistema para facilitar o entendimento das funcionalidades pelos usuários. • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de implantação e sugerir inovações. • Atendimentos e parametrizações dos sistemas conforme expectativa e necessidades do cliente. • Gestão simultânea de múltiplos projetos, garantindo a organização e entrega eficaz das implantações.
Job Requirements
- Experiência com implantação, configuração ou suporte de sistemas em ambiente SaaS.
- Vivência em atendimento técnico ao cliente, implantação de software ou suporte de infraestrutura.
- Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows e Windows Server.
- Conhecimento básico de Linux (diferencial para troubleshooting).
- Conhecimento em redes TCP/IP, incluindo endereçamento IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, roteamento e VLAN.
- Conhecimento em acesso remoto e ferramentas de suporte.
- Noções sobre APIs REST e integrações entre sistemas.
- Conhecimento básico ou intermediário em telefonia IP (VoIP).
- Entendimento dos protocolos SIP e RTP.
- Noções sobre codecs de áudio e qualidade de chamadas.
- Conhecimento básico sobre troncos SIP, ramais, filas e URA.
- Capacidade de identificar problemas relacionados a latência, jitter, perda de pacotes e configuração de firewall/NAT que impactem a comunicação VoIP.
- Familiaridade com centrais telefônicas IP (como Asterisk, Issabel, FreePBX ou similares) será considerada um diferencial.
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
- Facilidade para conduzir treinamentos e reuniões com clientes.
- Perfil analítico para diagnóstico e resolução de problemas.
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e colaborar com áreas internas.
- Organização e gestão do tempo para cumprimento de agendas e cronogramas de implantação.

Role Description SAIC has an opening for a Cybersecurity Ops Analyst. This position is located in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. SAIC is open to the position working remotely. The SAIC Cybersecurity Ops Analyst (Shift Leader) leads advanced security event analysis as part of the 24/7/365 Security Operations Center's Detection & Response team. They manage daily activities using a SIEM, monitoring events from multiple sources while overseeing a team of Cybersecurity Ops Associates. In addition to their incident response duties, the Shift Leader manages the operations of the shift, including timecard and expense approval, as well as daily training and performance tracking. They also participate in threat hunting, intelligence gathering, and strive to improve procedures and processes within the ESOC.
