Business Strategy Manager – Strategic Partnerships

Hewlett Packard Enterprise

• Implement the multi-year SI engagement strategy across assigned partners, segments, and vertical focus areas. • Build, track, and maintain a 12–24 month joint opportunity pipeline to meet regional revenue targets. • Own quarterly KPIs, including partner-led pipeline generation, deal velocity, win rates, and partner certifications. • Build and nurture mid-to-senior level relationships with SI Practice Leads, Solutions Architects, and Account Directors. • Run the established governance model, including deal execution, monthly operational reviews, and tracking action items. • Maintain accurate capability maps for assigned SIs, tracking their active certifications, regional footprints, and co-delivery skills. • Tailor core solution playbooks and joint value propositions to fit specific partner verticals and customer use cases. • Lead the execution of joint GTM initiatives, including co-branded lead generation, PoCs, and reference deployments. • Deliver enablement programs to ensure partner sales and technical teams can independently position and deploy our portfolio.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or alliance roles within the networking, cloud, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing business with Tier-1 or Tier-2 System Integrators (GSIs/SIs) and partners.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise networking architectures, cloud connectivity, or managed services models and partner business models.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
