Role Description This position offers hands-on experience working with real insurance data and analytics projects as part of NFP’s Property & Casualty Actuarial team. You’ll work with experienced analysts and actuaries to analyze large datasets, build models and dashboards, automate workflows and translate data into actionable insights used by underwriters, leadership and clients. • Serve as a subject matter expert on product portfolio structure in Salesforce and related systems, including packaging, SKU availability, product rules, nomenclature, taxonomy, attributes, and lifecycle status • Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define, QA, and improve SKU structures, product data standards, and downstream operational workflows • Support SKU launches, changes, sunsets, and replacements through impact analysis across quoting, billing, reporting, procurement, CRM, documentation, and related processes • Identify workflow gaps, system dependencies, and operational bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk • Manage and help optimize the operational tools and software stack used to support product workflows, reporting, QA, and cross-functional coordination, including platforms related to product management, quoting, user research, reporting, and adjacent business operations • Track and report on key product and operational metrics, including usage, adoption, customer feedback, SKU performance, and data quality; maintain dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders • Analyze product and CRM data to identify anomalies, integrity issues, and opportunities to improve reporting, billing validation, lifecycle management, and decision-making • Support product launches and changes by conducting impact analysis, validating readiness across systems, and partnering with other teams to ensure portfolio updates are successfully implemented • Develop or support automation opportunities using APIs, scripting, agentic AI, and workflow tools to improve reporting efficiency, data quality validation, and repeatable operational tasks • Document product structure standards, reporting logic, data dependencies, operational workflows, and process improvements to improve transparency, repeatability, and team enablement • Create clear reports, presentations, and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements • Additional duties as assigned
